Sleepless in Eugene
We’re coming down the home stretch - 12 days and 12 hours to go as I type this - and it’s always like this… sleep comes hard. There is so much to do.
Sailors call this the “make-ready” stage. You know what has to come on board and you know what you’ve stored. What’s missing? How do we make it better?
If you are mentioned in this space, please pay attention.
Moira Hunter and Rita Zeinstejer, one in Paris the other in Rosario, but so much in common. Are they talking to each other? I hope so! Like Teresa in Lisbon and Bee in Brazil — gems who keynoted in GLD8 — can Moira and Rita rope in more Webheads? Share stuff that adds? If they talk more to each other, how much spice will add! And, by the way, where is Elder Bob and the TappedIn Crowd?
How about that very smart guy David Wortley introduced me to - Tim Foresman? I need the two of them to get behind the a real cruise, out of Los Angeles, in February. Tim, where are you? And where can I slot you? And David, you owe me some ULR’s. Please rush.
Where are my favorite podcasters? Where’s that guy from Lybia, David Booruch? Or the podcaster from Nebraska the one who does the children’s shows, Dan Schmidt? And Peter Galante in Tokyo, podcasting to learn Japanese? How about Mike Marzio? And David Noble from Scotland. All alone, these five would make a great 24 hour conference!
I still need keynote topics, and thumbnails, from Vishen Lakhiani, now in Kuala Lumpur and Lynda from Sydney. And TimDiScipio. Come on, keynoters, I need your headlines and some thumbnails of your topic. How about Mike Scott, the radio guy up in Queensland?
Bruce Best, way out in Guam, needs to link up with Terry Redding and Bob Zwick - they wlll use everything but two tin cans tied to a string to patch Bruce from the small island of Yap to ham radio operators, — or solar networkers? — in the States. Bruce? Terry, send me some new url’s so I can build a personal blog page for you.
Last, and this one really keeps me awake because what they have to say is really, really, really important— are Buth and Yasmine connecting with each other? Can I help with their recording? Theirs is heart stopping stuff. Have I asked too much of them?
Yhee ghads, Hibbs, you better get up. There’s work to do. It’s called “make-ready”. And it won’t get easier! Put on the coffee. Let’s get to work.

Hi from OZ
I am sending out a newsletter today to 4.5thousand people and would like to know what I tell my database to connect to to be a part of this journey on Sunday 8th October?
Cheers
