Timetables - Everything keys off them!
Timetables are the single most important document that we will create. And the hardest.First, a Timetable refers to the most complete single document which identifies “time” (GMT,PST, LOCAL; speaker name and biolink; presentation outline; Group Topic (ESL) (KIDS) (ADULTS) (EVENT) (CHALLENGED); Sponsor (hyperlink)
There will be a TimeTable for each Region.
Arabic numbers at the far left will run from one to 288, representing five minute segments.
Each TimeTable will have links to a Master Time Table Index page which will briefly encapsulate that which is going on in each region…with links to that Region.
Ideally, TimeTables should have a search capacity where I can search by Group Topic; Speaker Name; Region of the World; Sponsor.
While building the timetable is very painful, it should be easily viewed by anyone — both to encourage speakers to make sure they can reserve slot times convenient to them; and to make sure we, the organizers, are on track.
