Customer Service FAQs

1. How long does it take to customize my own Bloodhound Search Engine?  –(We call them Hounds.)

We make the acquisition of your personal “Hound” as easy as we can. Generally, it takes about three minutes for you to provide the initial information. Then it takes us a few hours to get a Hound ready for your use….at this point we deliver a ‘puppy”. To make the “puppy” a hard-working search Hound able to get precisely what you want does require some “training”. Some of it will go quickly and easily; some of it will require patience. But you don’t need any special “technical” skills and you should not worry one bit about that!

2.  Do I need to be technically savvy to acquire my own Bloodhound?

Absolutely not! See above.

3.  Can I continuously customize my search — make the Hound find what I personally want?

You bet! We work very hard to make it possible for you to easily enter search terms that will help you train your Hound.

4. Are there examples of others who are using Bloodhound?

Of course. You might wish to visit any of these sites where Hounds are hard at work, 24/7/365

6.  Can I acqure more than one Hound?

You bet! You can have as many Hounds as you wish. But we suggest you start with your own “puppy”…and train him (or her) to help you on a particular issue. The “training experience” will make it easier for you to train other Hounds to seek out other treasures.

7.  Is there a way me to track my usage? (number of page views, etc)

Depends? Please write to our Gurus for more help on this one.

8.  Can you tell me more about your revenue sharing program?

The prime way we make money is the same way that Google earns its revenues…On a “pay-per-click” basis.

(Each page Bloodhound returns lists vendors advertising products or services that are relevant to the topic of that web page. Everytime a user clicks on the site, we earn a few dimes.)

To answer your question, we split those dimes in various ways depending upon individual circumstances. For more information, please write
